We at OnlyGowns are committed to offer our customers the most trendy, innovative, stylish and flawless products. We have streamlined our policy and hope to seek your co-operation for abiding these clauses.

 
1.

We have no control over your selection of size and color, and we process your orders strictly to your selected size and colors; hence, there will be no refunds/returns/exchanges for ordering incorrect sizes and colors for both standard and custom dresses.

So it is very important that, you cross check your measurements carefully before placing any order. Size charts are available with detailed information for measuring your size on our website. If you should have any questions regarding size, feel free to call us at our toll free- 1-800-865-9266 or mail us at customersupport@onlygowns.com.
 

2. Please note that there will be no refund/exchange/return for dresses ordered from our “Sale” and “Clearance” categories. These items are available at highly slashed prices and are limited to the color and size in the stock, and hence it is not feasible for us to give refund/exchange/return in this category.
 
3. No refund/ return/exchange will be issued to the customer ordering more than two dresses at a single time. This is to ideally restrict the practice of generation of a resale value and return the dress in case there is no sale. This is also to discourage the practice of ordering different dresses for trial and selecting only one.
 
4. No refunds are possible in the case of special orders or custom orders where customer makes too much of alterations in the standard forms of the dresses shown on the website. We will not be responsible for the looks of the dress if it is heavily altered/customized upon customer’s request.
 
5. Our customer support agent will call or mail you within 24 hours of placing your order, for the final order confirmation before processing. This is, in order to confirm any last minute decision changes in your order like product selection changes and color or measurement changes if any.
 
a. We will take it as confirmed and start processing your order, in case we are unable to get any response for order confirmation within this stipulated time of 24 hours.
 
b. No product, color and measurement changes after 24 hours of your order placement will be entertained as the product is sent for processing.
 
6. Any request for order cancellation will be entertained strictly as per the clauses mentioned below-
 
a. Order cancellation request, within 3 days of your order confirmation will result into a direct/flat deduction of 25% from your ordered item.
 
b. However, if you request order cancellation within a week or 7 days of order confirmation, there will be 75% deduction from the ordered item amount.
 
c. No requests for order cancellation will be entertained, after 7 days of your order confirmation.
 
7. Before shipment of your dress, our quality control department inspects the dress on varied quality standards to ascertain that the dress is exactly the same as ordered from our website. If the dress/gown is somehow damaged during the shipment, only then will we get you a replacement shipped with expedited shipping at our expense. If your dress is damaged, please call us at 1-800-865-9266 or mail us at customersupport@onlygowns.com, specifying the extent of damage, within 24 hours of receiving the item for a RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER. Our returns department will not accept any returns without a return authorization number.
 
8. Refunds will be carried out only in case the delivery exceeds 15 working days for a simple dress (without any beading) and 25 days for a beaded and embroidered dress after the final order confirmation. Please note that this stipulated period of 15 and 25 working days, start running from the time we receive your final order confirmation. Further, if the consignment does not arrive within 15 working days after shipping by express shipment, you may ask us for order tracking. If we cannot prove that the consignment was dispatched to the address that was given for the order, we will initiate a full refund including the shipment charges.
